Sheepshead Bay remains one of Brooklyn’s most affordable
neighborhoods to buy a condo or co-op, and now a developer has filed
plans for new condos there, at 1780 Sheepshead Bay Road.
70-foot-tall structure will rise on a vacant lot at the corner of Shore
Parkway, a block south of the elevated Belt Parkway. It’ll have 6,900
square feet of retail on the ground floor and 5,400 square feet of
medical offices split between the first two stories. The four remaining
stories will have 19 apartments spread across 27,384 square feet of
residential space, for family-sized average units of 1,441 square feet.
Amenities include a shared terrace on the second floor, a shared roof deck with a pool, and a 12-car garage on the ground floor.
