Way to go Chuck!  And take a look at the beautiful new beach entrance coming soon at W 10th. Along with the new Dreamland Plaza at W 12th and the new Steeplechase Plaza by the Parachute Jump, this new entrance will bring Coney closer to the pedestrian plaza space
at Times Square.

Also remember the public park space coming with the new Amphitheater.  These new public spaces will attract people and development. Go New Coney!  Times Square by the Sea.
