Now my analysis on this transaction. You look at the properties Thor has assembled on Surf Avenue - Henderson lot, Eldorado, former Bank Building land, Grashorn building and you see a pattern. 2 plots zoned for hotels and 2 zoned for amusement/retail/restaurant. He also has more Stillwell land zoned for entertainment retail. Couldn't these all be packaged into one big sale, after infrastructure is complete, to perhaps a big Casino hotel and restaurant chain?
Here is to hoping this turns into a year round blockbuster hotel/entertainment complex one day! Love it! Would turn Coney into some winter destination as well. Right along the lines of the CIDC mission statement.
