Now if they are working on renovations and thus have a new deal, why would their website still say they are being evicted??? Quite strange.

We do not have a signed deal yet - we have been doing minor repairs since we are still in-negotiations.
Will you be going year round if you do sign a deal? How close are you to signing? Is there a deadline of any kind?
